They both make great companions ion their own way, but only Niner gets annoying, Willow (when she isn't bugged) is just great. WebTechnically any mod for New Vegas will work for it as Fallout 3 is treated like a very big expansion. Most Fallout 3 mods will work with some slight tweaking. I think the problem arises when people use large gameplay changing mods like Project Nevada, but I think there is a patch for it somewhere on their forums.
