Webexcitonic phases including EHP, EHL and exciton gas along with phonons, we analyze the bleach signal corresponding to the B exciton, ~ 610 nm, on the basis of two parameters in the absorption spectrum as a function of pump-probe time delay, namely, the amplitude of the negative going excitonic peak (∆ ) and the shift in its position (∆ ). WebAfter 1 ps, the signal showed a rising bleach (y2) due to charge transfer from the A-exciton of MoS2, with time constants of 725 fs and 9.1 ps. Hence, electron transfer from MoS2 to P3HT polaron pair states occurred within 9.1 ps. The long-time dynamics show the decay of the bleach signal, with a lifetime of 275 ps.
